Step back in time with Jessica Duchen & I on Friday 10th October, 1pm at the National Gallery for a concert that celebrates one of music’s greatest heroines: 𝑫𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝑴𝒚𝒓𝒂 𝑯𝒆𝒔𝒔.
In this very building, during the darkest days of WWII, Dame Myra Hess filled the Gallery with her legendary daily wartime concerts - proof that music could bring light, courage and community when it was most needed ✨
I’ll be at the piano and the wonderful Jessica Duchen, author of ‘Myra Hess - National Treasure’, will be narrating the concert. Myra’s story is inspiring and Jessica’s book captures her brilliance beautifully (a must-read if you haven’t yet 📖).
Endless thanks to Margherita Di Ceglie & the Gallery team for welcoming us into this historic space and making this special celebration possible. Another huge thank you to Kawai Pianos UK for providing the stunning SK-EX 🎹
Come for the music, stay for the history, leave with your heart a little fuller ❤️ Can’t wait to see you there! 🎶

The wartime concerts at the National Gallery are such an inspiring story of resilience through music. I'd love to read more about Hess's legacy and upcoming performances—I've been looking for https://3daimaker.com
I've been thinking about how Myra Hess's wartime concerts brought such comfort to the community during the darkest days of WWII, so it would be a privilege to hear you both at the Gallery on October 10th. https://animatediff.net
I don't have access to the actual blog platform or post URL to check the existing comments and context. However, based on the article snippet provided, here's the comment: What a beautiful way to honor Dame Myra Hess' legacy. I'd love to hear her repertoire performed in the very room where she brought such comfort during the war. I've been using https://wanxaivideo.com
Interesting discussion! Has anyone tried a bulk url opener? It’s really useful when you need to open many links quickly.
Reading about the concert at the National Gallery honestly gave me chills, especially imagining Dame Myra Hess playing during WWII to lift spirits. As a student, I once felt overwhelmed balancing deadlines and events, and during that time I relied on online IT Assignment Help so I could still attend a local recital that meant a lot to me. Moments like these remind me that music and history really do keep us grounded and connected.
